- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return request within 2 days.
- Proof of purchase (order number / invoice).
- Damaged or wrong item delivered (we fix it fast).
Not Eligible
- Opened medicines or any product with broken seal.
- Items requiring refrigeration if not stored properly.
- Personal care items after opening (hygiene safety).
- Expired products due to customer delay.
