Delivery Returns Payment
Delivery inside Amman is 3 JOD. For other areas, the delivery fee may vary based on location and order size.
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours. During busy periods or weekends, delivery can take slightly longer.

Returns/exchanges are accepted for eligible items in original condition and packaging. Some products (e.g., opened hygiene items) may not be eligible. Please see Exchange & Return page for details.
Yes. We store only the last 4 digits, card brand, expiry, and a secure token hash. We never store full card number or CVV.
